Rich is a military veteran who has more than three decades of executive managerial experience in the marketing and distribution of media products. He established AIMM in 1994 to fully develop a vision for an entrepreneurial state-of-the-art company that sets new standards for media clients and customers. His visionary approach has had a significant impact on the distribution of information and content that has saved lives and property in response to major disasters while better preparing the American people to respond to emergencies. Recognized by the US government for its quality and effectiveness, the "Porter Principle" is a method based on developing human resources that are both an intellectual and a cultural asset.
Robert D. Caldwell

Bob has more than 25 years of experience in program and project management, business development, quality management, telecommunications and systems engineering as well as software operating systems engineering. Bob was vice president of a small disadvantaged business that grew from a $20 million entity to a company earning more than $100 million annually. His managed programs consistently won enhanced customer award fees on federal cost-plus contracts. He knows what it takes to grow a small business.
Jeffrey N. Elliott

Jeff is a military veteran who has been involved in leading complicated and compelling media projects for more than three decades. As founder of Max-Q Digital, a multimillion-dollar corporate venture, he oversaw the television industry's transition to HDTV transmission as his company designed and installed 50 HDTV broadcast systems. He also oversaw the initial production of major HDTV production involving interests in the United States and Russia. Earlier, Jeff served as executive director of the NASA Select TV network, managing news conferences, documentaries and White House events.
Valette S. Porter

Valette is an experienced and successful professional manager. An MBA by training, she has diverse functional and line operational experience in business operations. Valette has earned a reputation as a detail-oriented leader with exceptional skills in contract compliance and financial management, including invoicing and payment systems using technology-based systems and processes to promote recognized and effective operational best practices.
Robert Andreoli
Rob joined AIMM in 2005 working as a Multi Media Specialist on FEMA's Recovery Channel in Emmitsburg, MD. He significantly expanded his role when he became project manager of all AIMM NASA contracts at Goddard Space Flight Center in 2012. He has extensive experience with media production and distribution at both NASA and DHS. He earned a B.A. from The College of Wooster in Ohio and an MBA from Mt. Saint Mary's University in Maryland.
